Shipping Policy
Order Processing. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. Standard Shipping: delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the specific item and destination.
Free Shipping: we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250.00.
Shipping Costs: for orders under $250.00, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or international logistics.

Return & Refund Policy
Final Sale Disclosure. We curate unique, rare pieces. To maintain the exclusivity and nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage customers to review the size guides provided or contact customer service before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items. The only exception to our "Final Sale" policy is in the event of a manufacturing defect or quality issue. If you receive an item that is damaged or of poor quality, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report an Issue:
- Contact Customer Service.
- Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or quality issue.
- Our team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Reap Of Despair LLC reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the criteria of a verified manufacturing defect.
